Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
We are also closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
International clients can reach us by email.
Can I pick up my floral order at your shop?
Yes! Simply place your order online, choose your preferred pick-up date, time, and location, and we’ll have your floral arrangement ready for you to pick up. Pickup locations: 815 3rd St. San Rafael, CA 945901.
What floral designs are available?
All floral designs and plants listed on our website are in stock and available for delivery or pick-up. If a flower or plant is sold out, it will be removed from our site promptly. and
I’m looking for a particular flower or plant variety. What do you offer?
We carry a selection of flowers and plants that are available on our website. If a particular flower or plant isn’t listed, we currently do not carry it. Our website is updated regularly with new arrivals from our nurseries and flower growers.
Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
Yes! You can choose a preferred delivery date and time window during checkout. If a delivery date or time slot isn’t available, it means we’ve reached our delivery capacity for that day or time slot.
Can I get same-day delivery or pick-up?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery Monday – Saturday.
The cutoff time for same-day delivery is 12 PM Pacific Time.
The cutoff time for same-day pick-up is 2 PM Pacific Time.
Please note that same-day delivery is not available outside of our operating hours or when we’ve reached our production capacity.
Can I change my pick-up order to be delivered instead?
Yes! You can change your pick-up order to delivery by calling our shop at (415) 717-8767 and our client services will assist you.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is home when we attempt delivery, we will leave the flowers on the porch and make a courtesy call to notify the recipient. If we can’t reach them, we’ll leave a message. If no phone number is provided, the flowers will be left at the doorstep without a call. Please include the recipient’s phone number with your order so we can reach them if needed.
What if the delivery is to a business?
To ensure a smooth delivery to a business, please provide any relevant details (e.g., business hours) in the delivery instructions during checkout. Alternatively, feel free to email us any special instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. After successful delivery, we will send a delivery confirmation email. Please check your spam folder as well in case the email is filtered there.

Will you substitute a flower or container if it’s out of stock?
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions that affect availability. If we must make a substitution, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are maintained. We will only substitute with items of equal or higher value. Please contact us if you have specific requests.
