4 Delivery

Postal Bloomz delivers to selected areas. Delivery availability and timeframes are indicated on the product and checkout pages.

• Delivery windows: While we strive to deliver within the chosen window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather).
• Missed deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may leave the flowers in a safe place or return them to a depot. Postal Bloomz is not liable for deterioration of flowers left in accordance with delivery instructions.
• Remote areas: Some postcodes may incur additional delivery charges or may not be serviceable. This will be shown at checkout.
• International delivery: We currently deliver within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
• Postal Bloomz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5 Product Substitutions

Flower and plant availability varies by season and region. While we do our best to fulfill your order exactly as shown, we reserve the right to substitute specific flower varieties, colours, or foliage with items of equal or greater value when necessary.

Any substitution will maintain the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement. If a significant substitution is required, we will endeavour to notify you in advance where time allows.

6 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us and we handle complaints on a case-by-case basis.

• Damaged or poor-quality flowers: If your flowers arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photograph. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
• Non-delivery: If your order was not delivered on the agreed date due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund.
• Order cancellations: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a restocking/preparation fee.
• Same-day orders: Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as preparation begins immediately upon confirmation.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
